摘要
目的分析肾动脉流入反转恢复MR血管成像(NC IFIR MRA)和增强MR血管成像(CE-MRA)诊断肾动脉疾病的价值。方法筛选2022年6月—2023年9月,在本院检查中,根据病情需要进行肾动脉血流评估的肾动脉疾病患者,共78例。患者均行NC IFIR MRA及CE-MRA检查,分为CE-MRA组(78例)及NC IFIR MRA组(78例)进行NC IFIR MRA及CE-MRA诊断效能的对比研究(主要对比指标有图像质量、伪影及肾动脉显示情况等)。结果NC IFIR MRA组肾动脉图像质量及肾静脉伪影评分均高于CE-MRA组(均P<0.05);NC IFIR MRA组肾动脉分支显示评分高于CE-MRA组,肾动脉主干直径较CE-MRA组更大(均P<0.05)。结论NC IFIR MRA与CE-MRA都能够为肾动脉疾病患者行肾动脉血流评估提供依据,相对来说,NC IFIR MRA图像质量更高,可降低伪影的干扰,能够尽可能的显示肾动脉、动脉分支。
Objective To analyze the value of renal artery inflow reversal recovery MR angiography(NC IFIR MRA)and contrast-enhanced MR angiography(CE-MRA)in diagnosing renal artery diseases.Methods A total of 78 patients with renal artery disease who required renal artery blood flow assessment according to the demand of their condition during their examination in our hospital from June 2022 to September 2023 were screened.The patients were examined by NC IFIR MRA and CE-MRA,and were divided into CE-MRA group(78 cases)and NC IFIR MRA group(78 cases)for the comparative study of the diagnostic efficacy of NC IFIR MRA and CE-MRA(the main comparative indexes were image quality,artifacts,and renal artery display,etc.).Results The renal artery image quality and renal vein artifact scores were higher in the NC IFIR MRA group than in the CE-MRA group(all P<0.05);the renal artery branching display scores were higher in the NC IFIR MRA group than in the CE-MRA group,and the renal arterial trunk diameters were larger in the NC IFIR MRA group than in the CE-MRA group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Both NC IFIR MRA and CE-MRA can provide the basis for renal artery flow assessment in patients with renal artery disease.Comparatively speaking,the image quality of NC IFIR MRA is higher,which reduces the interference of artifacts,and is able to display the renal arteries and arterial branches as much as possible.
