摘要
目的:探讨对脑血管疾病患者采用核磁共振血管成像技术完成疾病诊断后获得临床效果。方法:将我院2018年07月-2020年06月收治的80例脑血管疾病患者数字奇偶法分组;诊断组(40例):采用核磁共振血管成像技术完成脑血管疾病诊断;参照组(40例):采用CT方法完成脑血管疾病诊断;就组间脑血管疾病检出率以及诊断满意率展开对比。结果:诊断组脑血管疾病患者疾病检出率(97.50%)高于参照组(70.00%)明显(P<0.05);诊断组脑血管疾病患者诊断满意度(95.00%)高于参照组(72.50%)明显(P<0.05)。结论:核磁共振血管成像技术有效运用,可使脑血管疾病检出率获得明显提升,获得较高疾病诊断满意度,最终可实现脑血管疾病患者有效诊治。
Objective:To explore the clinical results obtained after the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease by MRI technology.Methods:The 80 patients with cerebrovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were divided into groups by digital parity;diagnosis group(40 cases):MRI technology was used to complete the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases;reference group(40 cases)Example:Complete the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease by using CT method;compare the detection rate of cerebrovascular disease and the diagnosis satisfaction rate between groups.Results:The disease detection rate(97.50%)of patients with cerebrovascular disease in the diagnosis group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(70.00%)(P<0.05);the diagnosis satisfaction of patients with cerebrovascular disease in the diagnosis group(95.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(72.50%)Obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective application of MRI angiography technology can significantly increase the detection rate of cerebrovascular diseases,obtain higher satisfaction with disease diagnosis,and finally realize effective diagnosis and treatment of patients with cerebrovascular diseases.
