摘要
为进一步探究影响煤质化验准确度的主要因素,以某火电厂的标准煤样为原材料开展实验,主要针对煤质化验中的关键指标“热值”进行测定,以判断影响煤质化验的准确度。在本次实验中,分别从空气中水分含量、计算方法和试样采集方法三个主要层面入手,通过对比实验,分析了上述三方面因素如何影响煤质化验的准确度,并对基于以上几方面提升煤质化验准确度的方法进行了初步分析,以期为后续的煤质化验准确度提升提供一定的参考借鉴。
In order to further explore the main factors affecting the accuracy of coal quality testing,experiments were conducted using standard coal samples from a thermal power plant as raw materials.The key indicator"calorific value"in coal quality testing was mainly measured to determine the accuracy of coal quality testing.This experiment started from three main aspects:moisture content in the air,calculation methods,and sample collection methods.Through comparative experiments,it analyzed how the above three factors affect the accuracy of coal quality testing.It also conducted a preliminary analysis of methods to improve the accuracy of coal quality testing based on the above aspects,in order to provide some reference for the subsequent improvement of coal quality testing accuracy.
