摘要
实现共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,是全体人民的共同期盼。共同富裕与法治高度关联,二者在价值取向与目标追求上具有一致性。共同富裕表征为人民对美好生活权的需求及其对该权利的保障,丰富了新时代人权的法理内涵,推动着良法善治的法治实践。法治为共同富裕提供方向指引、夯实制度根基、创造良好环境。新时代实现共同富裕,需要完善共同富裕的法律规范体系、全面推进严格规范公正文明执法、全面推进公正司法、依法促进和保障人的全面发展,充分发挥法治固共同富裕之根本、稳共同富裕之预期、利共同富裕之长远的的保障作用,切实将制度优势转变为治理效能。
Achieving common prosperity is the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Combining wealth is highly related to the rule of law.The two have consistency in value orientation and goals pursuing.The litreal meaning of common prosperity is to satisfy people’s demand for better living rights and their guarantee for the rights,which enriches the legal connotation of human rights in the new era,and promotes the practice of the rule of law of good law and good rule of law.The rule of law provides guidelines for common prosperity,consolidate institutional foundations,and create a good environment.In the new era,in order to realize common prosperity,we need to improve the legal norm system that promotes each other with common prosperity,comprehensively promote strict regulation and justice and civilized law enforcement,comprehensively promote justice,promote and guarantee the comprehensive development of people in accordance with the law.Meanwhile,we also need to make full use of the power of law,which could strengthen foundation,stablize expectation,and promote long-term development in the process of common prosperity,and effectively transform institutional advantages into governance effectiveness.
