摘要
南海某深水油田群采用全水下开发生产模式,通过FPSO对油田产液进行处理、存储、外输,该FPSO工艺系统设计有一套LPG回收储存系统。主要通过故障树分析方法,全面体现海上油田LPG储罐火灾爆炸风险控制的关键环节和管理要点,从而提出更为合理、针对性更强的安全措施,以供同类型生产模式的作业人员和管理者参考。
A deepwater oil field group in the South China Sea adopts the full underwater development and production mode,FPSO is used to process store and export oil field production fluids.The FPSO process system is designed with a LPG recovery and storage system.This paper mainly uses the fault tree analysis method,it fully embodies the key steps and management points of LPG storage tank fire and explosion risk control in offshore oil fields.Therefore,more reasonable and more targeted safety measures are proposed for the reference of the operators and managers of the same type of production mode.
