摘要
综述了常用的油库安全评价方法:安全检查表法、故障类型及影响分析法、模糊综合评价法、事故树定性分析法、美国道(DOW)化学公司火灾爆炸危险指数评价法、日本劳动省化工厂安全定量评价法和英国蒙得(MOND)火灾爆炸毒性指数评价法。其中详细介绍了模糊综合评价法的建模过程和火灾爆炸危险指数评价法的评价步骤及其作用,并分析了上述几种安全评价方法各自的特点和应用范围,最后指出当前油库安全评价工作的重点应该是加强火灾系统评估理论的研究,加紧油库火灾爆炸危险综合评估的计算机软件模块的研制,尽快形成具有我国特色的油库安全综合评价体系和标准。
The safety evaluation methods in common use on oil depot are summarized in this paper, including safety check list method, accident type and analysis method, fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, accident tree method, fire and blast jeopardy index evaluation method of DOW Chemistry Company of America, six phases method of chemical plant safety evaluation of the Labor Ministry of Japan and MOND method of Britain. Especially, the modeling process of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method as well as the evaluation procedure and its function of fire and blast jeopardy index evaluation method are introduced in detail. The respective feature and application range of these several safety evaluation methods are analyzed either.
