摘要
目的 了解医学生基本心理需要满足情况和心理健康水平,并分析二者的相关性,探讨基本心理需要满足对医学生心理健康的影响。方法 采用分层抽样的方法选择本院护理学专业和助产学专业601名学生作为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果 601名医学生基本心理需要满足总分为(95.13±14.44)分,心理健康总分为(90.70±15.35)分;基本心理需要的满足对心理健康有促进作用,能独立解释医学生心理健康总变异的46.6%(R^(2)adj=0.466)。结论 医学生基本心理需要的满足与心理健康水平相互影响。学校与家庭应关注医学生的基本心理需求,营造充满关爱与支持的环境。同时,医学生本身应学会满足自身基本心理需求,培养优良心理素质,以应对生活种种挑战。
Objective To understand the status of basic psychological need satisfaction among medical students,and their mental health levels,and analyze the correlation between them,and to discuss the influence of basic psychological need satisfaction on mental health of medical students.Methods The stratified sampling method was used to select 601 undergraduates majored in nursing and midwifery of our school,and a questionary survey was conducted on them.Results The mean total score of the basic psychological needs of the 601medical students was(95.13±14.44),the mean total score of mental health of the 601 medical students was(90.70±15.35).The satisfaction of the basic psychological needs had a promoting effect on mental health,and explained 46.6% of the total variation in mental health among medical students independently(R^(2)adj=0.466).Conclusions The satisfaction of medical students' basic psychological needs and their mental health level influence each other.Schools and families should pay attention to their basic psychological needs and create a caring and supportive environment.At the same time,to cope with various challenges in life,medical students themselves should learn to meet their own basic psychological needs,and cultivate good psychological quality.
