改良单侧经皮椎体后凸成形术结合对侧经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨改良单侧经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)结合对侧经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的效果。方法76例OVCF患者随机分为两组,对照组采用双侧PKP治疗,观察组采用改良单侧PKP结合对侧PVP治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组,骨水泥注入量少于对照组,骨水泥渗漏发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3 d、6个月,两组的脊柱后凸畸形Cobb角、伤椎体前缘高度均优于术前(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良单侧PKP结合对侧PVP治疗OVCF的手术用时短,骨水泥用量少,术后骨水泥渗漏发生率低。 Objective To explore the effect of modified unilateral percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)combined with contralateral percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods 76 OVCF patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with bilateral PKP,while the observation group was treated with modified unilateral PKP combined with contralateral PVP.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The surgical time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the bone cement injection volume was less than that of the control group,and the incidence of bone cement leakage was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 days and 6 months after surgery,the Cobb angle of spinal kyphosis and the height of the anterior edge ofthe injured vertebra in both groups were better than those before surgery(P<0.05),while no statistically significant difference was found between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Modified unilateral PKP combined with contralateral PVP in the treatment ofOVCF has short surgical time,less bone cement usage,and low incidence of postoperative bone cement leakage.
