摘要
目的通过新鲜与防腐标本椎体最大抗压力的测定,探讨福尔马林浸泡对骨质和最大抗压力强度的影响。方法选用同一地区、同一种族、同一性别、同一年龄段新鲜标本6具,福尔马林浸泡1、2、3、5、8年防腐标本,每组各6具,摄X光片除外骨折、肿瘤、结核及先天畸形,取出T10~L5标本,并游离成单个完整椎体,逐一测量骨密度(BMD)后,进行生物力学试验。单个椎体从椎弓根处切除上、下关节突,将整个椎件置于两钢板间,以5mm/min的加载速率进行垂直加载,直到标本屈服为止,测出最大抗压力。试验机的载荷信号由计算机数据采集系统记录,并由相应的测试分析软件测出椎体的最大抗压力,进行方差分析和多重比较。结果最大抗压力与福尔马林浸泡时间呈负相关。结论福尔马林浸泡时间越长,骨质越疏松,最大抗压力强度下降。
Objective To investigate the maximal axial compression force difference between the fresh and embalmed vertebral body and to study thd effect of formalin on bone density and the maximal compression force. Methods Six fresh specimens were harvested for this study. All of them were of the same region, race and sex. Thirty embalmed specimen were harvested for this study. They were divided into five groups ( n = 6 ). They had been kept in the formalin for 1 year,2 years,3 years,5 years and 8 years separately. All of the specimen should be X-rayed to exclude fracture, tuberculosis, rheumatism, tumor and hereditary malformation. Then T10-L5 vertebral bodies were taken out. BMD was measured. Then the biomechanical test was performed. Processus articulares superior and processus articulares inferiores were cut away from the vertebral pedicle. The vertebral body was put between two mental plates. The axial compressive load was applied at the speed of 5mm/min until the vertebral body failed. All of the datum were analyzed by software-SPSS 10.0. The analysis method was variance analysis and multiple comparation. Results The maximal axial compression force and embalmed time-length was negatively correlated. Conclusion The longer the embalmed time, the more obvious osteoporosis. The maximal compressive strength will decrease accordingly.
