摘要
作为清代西部边疆战略著名人物,岳钟琪在川藏道治理中发挥了重要作用,推动了清王朝依托四川及川藏道治理西藏战略的初步形成.岳钟琪在康熙、雍正、乾隆三朝治理川藏道历程中,推动沿途社会土司设置、台站塘铺建设、行政区划调整等一系列重要政策措施,是清王朝治边的“三朝功臣”,被乾隆皇帝赞为“三朝武臣巨擘”,为清朝稳定西部边疆和康藏地区各民族交往交流交融的历史性发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献.对岳钟琪的生平及治理川藏道事迹、功绩进行考论,借此探究岳钟琪历史名人文化价值在铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育、爱国主义教育、廉洁文化教育和乡村振兴文化建设中的内涵和价值,及其创造性转化、创新性发展的策略.
As a famous strategic figure in the western frontier of the Qing Dynasty,Yue Zhongqi played an important role in the governance of Sichuan Tibet Road,and promoted the initial formation of the strategy of the Qing Dynasty to govern Xizang relying on Sichuan and Sichuan Tibet Road.During the governance of the Sichuan Tibet Road during the Kangxi,Yongzheng,and Qianlong dynasties,Yue Zhongqi promoted a series of important policy measures such as the establishment of social chieftains,the construction of stations and ponds,and the adjustment of administrative divisions along the way.He was a“hero”of the Qing dynasty’s border governance and was praised by Emperor Qianlong as a“giant of the three dynasties’military subjects”.He made an indelible contribution to the historical development of the stability of the western border and the exchange and integration of various ethnic groups in the Kang Tibet region.This paper focuses on the less studied local chronicles of Sichuan in the Qing Dynasty,and attempts to conduct a systematic examination of Yue Zhongqi’s life and achievements in governing the Sichuan Tibet Road.Through this,it explores the connotation and value of Yue Zhongqi’s historical and cultural values in strengthening the awareness of the Chinese nation's community,patriotism education,integrity culture education,and rural revitalization culture construction,as well as the strategies for creative transformation and innovative development.
