摘要
目的:利用数据挖掘方法分析和总结黄青教授治疗黄褐斑的用药经验和学术思想。方法:筛选整理2022年6月-2022年10月黄青教授门诊治疗黄褐斑首诊处方74首,统一录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行相关数据分析。结果:使用频率最高的药物依次为生地、川芎、续断、桑寄生、当归、合欢皮、赤芍、炒白术、白芍、茯苓等。使用频次最高的是温性药物,寒性及平性药物次之;药物五味以甘、苦、辛味最多。用药归经频次由高到低依次为肝、心、脾、肾经等;关联规则分析共得到36对常用药物组合和10个潜在新处方。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台对处方进行分析,整理出中医药治疗黄褐斑常用药对和潜在新处方,总结归纳出三补三消的黄褐斑治疗方法,三补即调补冲任、益气健脾、养心安神,三消即疏肝理气、活血化瘀、祛湿化痰。
Objective Data mining methods were used to analyse and summarise Professor Huang Qing's medication experience and academic thinking in the treatment of melasma.Methods Seventy-four prescriptions for the first consultation of Professor Huang Qing's outpatient treatment of chloasma were screened and collated during the period of June 2022 to October 2022,and were uniformly entered into the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)for the analysis of relevant data.Results The most frequently used herbs,in descending order,were Dried Rehmanni Root,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Xuduan,Mulberry Parasite,Angelica,Acacia Bark,Red Peony,Fried Atractylodes Macrocephala,White Peony,Poria,etc.The highest frequency of use was warm drugs,followed by cold and flat drugs;the five flavors of drugs were sweet,bitter and pungent at best.The frequency of medication attributed to the meridians in descending order were the liver,heart,spleen and kidney meridians.Association Rule Analysis Method and Formulation Patterns:36 pairs of commonly used drug combinations and 10 potential new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion The prescriptions were analyzed through the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform,and the commonly used pairs of herbs for chloasma treatment and potential new prescriptions were sorted out,and summarized to conclude the treatment method of three tonic and three elimination which were regulating and tonifying Chong-Ren,tonifying Spleen and Qi,nourishing Heart to calm mind,dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi to regulate the Qi circulation,promoting Blood circulation to dissipate Blood stasis,dispelling Dampness and elminating Phlegm.
