摘要
FPSO海洋工程电力负荷计算从初期概念设计、基础设计、一直到详细设计、贯穿整个设计阶段,是确定FPSO电力系统供电方案的可行性的重要依据。本文基于FPSO项目,通过对海洋工程的特殊工作性质,覆盖FPSO全工作周期,分析FPSO上部模块及船壳在正常操作工况、卸油工况、航行工况、应急工况以及黑启动工况。各工况下,并基于过程控制数据来考虑各设备的运行模式,连续、间断以及备用状态。在船舶电力负荷计算方法的基础上,整理出针对FPSO的电力负荷计算的方法。对独立进行FPSO自主前端研发设计,深入了解FPSO电力系统设计、发电机及变压器的选型,起着至关重要的作用。
The power load calculation of FPSO offshore engineering is an important basis to determine the feasibility of the FPSO power system from the initial conceptual design,basic design,detailed design and throughout the whole design stage.Based on the FPSO project,considering the special working characteristics nature of offshore engineering in the full working cycle,analyze the normal operating condition,offloading condition,voyage condition,emergency condition and black start condition of FPSO topside module and hull.Under each working condition and process control data,the operation modes that continuous,intermittent and standby state of each equipment are considered.On the basis of the ship's electric load calculation method,sort out the method of electric load calculation for FPSO offshore engineering.It is vital importance to carry out independent front-end research,develop FPSO design,and deeply understand the FPSO power system design,generator and transformer sizing selection.
