摘要
在系统发生大面积或全网停电的情况下,如果没有任何黑启动措施,将使得停电时间大大延长。研究电力系统黑启动的恢复计划,并对恢复过程中遇到的问题提出相应对策。根据黑启动的一般准则和山东电网实际情况,选定济南电网和烟威电网的启动路线,对其进行了详细的潮流、大干扰暂态稳定性及小干扰低频振荡仿真计算与分析。仿真计算表明:在选定正确的启动路线后,黑启动过程遇到潮流不收敛时,可通过选择合适的平衡机,或对发电机节点类型及所带负荷等进行调整以达到收敛;暂态不稳定问题可通过调整重合闸时间和调压器模型等,而小干扰分析则可通过调整PSS超前滞后环节的参数等达到稳定。通过仿真计算成功地制定了山东电网的两个黑启动方案,为今后的现场试验和方案的实施提供了依据和建议。
In widespread blackout circumstances, the duration of system blackout could be prolonged and cause considerable losses without proper measures of black start. The restoration scheme of black start and the Countermeasures black start are studied. A detailed simulation calculation and analysis about power flow, transient (or large-disturbance) stability and small-signal (small-disturbance) stability are conducted based on the cOmmon rule of black start and the practicality condition of Shandong power system, after choosing the startup routes of Jinan and Yanwei power systems. Simulation analysis indicates that after choosing the correct startup routes, selecting proper balance generator or adjusting the generator node type and loads may solve the problem of the astringency of the power flow. The problem of the transient stability can be solved by regulating superposition time and booster model and so on. Modulating the exceeding and lagging parameters of PSS may solve the problem of the small-signal stability.
