摘要
为提高智慧赋能工厂装配线任务分配效率,提出一种基于改进蚁狮算法的多任务分配优化方法。首先根据装配线生产实际,构建任务分配的目标函数;然后采用改进的蚁狮算法对构建的任务分配目标函数进行求解。仿真结果表明,当优化的目标数量为3时,改进蚁狮算法求解得到的非劣解数目更多,世代距离更近,且算法的求解速度更快。由此得出,通过改进后的蚁狮算法可实现装配线任务的合理分配,可提高智慧工厂的自动化生产效率。
To improve the efficiency of task allocation on the assembly line of smart empowerment factories,a multi task allocation optimization method based on improved ant lion algorithm is proposed.Firstly,based on the actual production of the assembly line,an objective function for task allocation is constructed;Then,an improved ant lion algorithm is used to solve the constructed task allocation objective function.The simulation results show that when the number of optimized targets is 3,the improved ant lion algorithm obtains more non inferior solutions,has a closer generation distance,and the algorithm’s solving speed is faster.From this,it can be concluded that the improved ant lion algorithm can achieve reasonable allocation of assembly line tasks and improve the automation production efficiency of smart factories.
