摘要
为研究矿井直流电法四极装置在掘进巷道超前探测中的效果,本文以矿井直流电法超前探测原理为基础,通过分析COMSOL Multiphysics点电源正演模型模拟值与理论值的误差,验证了COMSOL Multiphysics研究直流电法超前探测的可靠性与可行性;建立巷道超前探测三维地电模型,通过正演模拟,分析了巷道空腔对数据的影响,对比了二极、三极装置与四极装置的探测效果及对不同距离低阻体的响应特征;基于相似性原理构建物理模拟实验,绘制了超前探测视电阻率等值线图,研究了四极装置对迎头前方不同形状、距离异常体的实际探测效果.研究结果表明:直流电法四极装置能够对迎头前方低阻体产生异常响应,探测数据剔除巷道空腔影响后,能够精准识别出异常体的横向位置;并且相较于板状异常体,四极装置对球状异常体的超前探测效果更好.通过将直流电法四极装置超前探测应用于工程实例中,经钻探验证与探测效果一致,说明该技术具有很强的实用性和推广性.
In order to study the effect of mine DC method dipole-dipole device in advanced detection of excavation roadway.In this paper,based on the principle of mine DC method advanced detection,verifies the reliability and feasibility of COMSOL Multiphysics research on DC method advanced detection by analyzing the error between the simulated value and the theoretical value of COMSOL Multiphysics point power forward model.Establish a three-dimensional geoelectric model of roadway advanced detection,through forward modeling,analyze the impact of roadway cavities on data,and compare the detection effects of pole-pole,pole-dipole and dipole-dipole devices,as well as their response characteristics to low resistivity bodies at different distances.Based on the principle of similarity,the physical simulation experiment is constructed,the contour map of the apparent resistivity of the advanced detection is drawn,and the actual detection effect of the dipole-dipole device on the different shape and distance anomaly body is studied The research results show that the dipole-dipole device can have abnormal response to the low-resistance body,and the detection data can accurately identify the horizontal position lateral position of the abnormal body after eliminating the influence of the tunnel cavity;In addition,the dipole-dipole device has better advanced detection effect on spherical anomaly body than plate anomaly body;Through the application of the dipole-dipole device to the advanced detection in the engineering example,the drilling verification is consistent with the detection effect,which shows that the technology has strong practicability and popularization.
