摘要
目的探讨接纳承诺疗法对晚期癌症患者心理精神康复的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月湖南省肿瘤医院收治的中老年晚期癌症患者86例,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合接纳承诺疗法。比较两组护理前后慢性疾病治疗功能评估-灵性量表(FACIT-Sp)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者心理状态、功能评估、生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,FACIT-Sp评分、癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度(93.02%)高于对照组(74.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期癌症患者采用接纳承诺疗法护理干预效果显著,能有效改善患者心理精神状态,提高生活质量,且护理满意度高。
Objective To explore the impact of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT)on the psychological and mental rehabilitation of advanced cancer patients.Methods A total of 86 middle-aged and elderly patients with advanced cancer admitted to Hunan Cancer Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received Acceptance and Commitment Therapy based on routine nursing.The scores of the functional assessment of chronic illness therapy-spiritual well-being(FACIT-Sp),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological status,functional evaluation and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the scores of FACIT-Sp and functional assessment of cancer therapy(FACT)were higher than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of patients in observation group(93.02%)was higher than that in control group(74.42%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention effect of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy on advanced cancer patients is significant,which can effectively improve their psychological and mental state,and quality of life,with high nursing satisfaction.
