摘要
随着社会经济的发展,散装食品销售成为食品行业一个重要的环节。然而,由于散装食品的特殊性质,食品安全问题成为该环节的关注焦点。本研究旨在深入探讨散装食品销售管理中存在的食品安全问题,分析其原因,并提出相应的解决对策,以提高散装食品质量安全管理水平,保证散装食品质量安全。
With the development of the social economy,the sales of bulk food have become an important link in the food industry.However,due to the special properties of bulk food,food safety issues have become the focus of attention in this process.This study aims to deeply explore the food safety issues in the sales management of bulk food,analyze their causes,and propose corresponding solutions to improve the quality and safety management level of bulk food and ensure its quality and safety.
