摘要
目的探讨延续性精准护理对异常子宫出血患者的自我效能感影响。方法纳入2021年1月至2022年12月收治的94例异常子宫出血患者为对象,采取随机数字表方法分成参照组、研究组,各47例,其中参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施延续性精准护理。对比两组患者自我效能、自护能力、心理状态及生活质量。结果经过为期3个月的护理干预后,研究组自我效能、自护能力评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者焦虑、抑郁评分低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对异常子宫出血患者实施延续性精准护理,可取得更为理想的护理干预效果,积极提升自我效能及自护能力,进而有效改善心理状态,减少其产生严重负性情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous precision nursing on self-efficacy of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 94 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were enrolled and divided into the reference group and the study group by the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the study group received continuous precision nursing.Self-efficacy,self-care ability,mental state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of nursing intervention,the scores of self-efficacy and self-care ability in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of continuous accurate nursing for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can achieve more ideal nursing intervention effect,actively improve self-efficacy and self-care ability,and then effectively improve psychological state,reduce their serious negative emotions,and improve quality of life.
