摘要
目的探讨社区护理干预在小儿雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月于山东大学莱芜区高庄街道社区卫生服务中心行雾化吸入治疗的80例患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用社区护理干预,比较两组临床症状改善时间、治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果观察组各项临床症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预在小儿雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果较好,可有效提高雾化吸入治疗效果和治疗依从性,满足患儿家属护理需求,值得应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of community nursing intervention in the treatment of nebulized inhalation of children.Methods A total of 80 children treated with nebulized inhalation in Gaozhuang Street Community Health Service Center of Laiwu District in Jinan City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received community nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement time of various clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of community nursing intervention in the treatment of nebulized inhalation of children is better,which can effectively improve the treatment effect and treatment compliance,meet the nursing needs of families,and is worthy of application.
