摘要
目的观察中医适宜技术干预对气阴两虚型消渴患者临床症状的改善。方法将82例气阴两虚型消渴患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组41例予常规干预措施,观察组41例在对照组常规干预基础上应用中医适宜技术干预,2组均干预7天。比较2组治疗前后中医症状评分、血糖水平、生活质量评分变化;比较2组满意度。结果2组治疗后各项中医症状评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1)c)均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后健康调查量表(SF-36)评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组升高更明显(P<0.05)。观察组满意率97.56%(40/41),对照组满意率78.05%(32/41),观察组满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对气阴两虚型消渴患者应用中医适宜技术干预,能有效改善患者临床症状和血糖水平,提高生活质量和干预满意度。
Objective To explore the improvement of appropriate technical of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on the clinical symptoms in diabetes patients with deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods A total of 82 cases of diabetes patients with deficiency of both qi and yin were randomly divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41).All patients received routine intervention,patients in the observation group additionally received intervention of TCM appropriate technical,After 7 days of the intervention,the aiming was to compared TCM symptom score,blood glucose level,scores of quality of life and intervention satisfaction between groups before and after treatment.Results After intervention,the single and total scores of TCM symptoms in both group significantly decreased than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the decrease were more common in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-h postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1)c)in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05),but the score of quality of life was significantly higher,and the improvements in the observation group were more pronounced(P<0.05).The score of intervention satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.56%vs 78.05%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM appropriate technology intervention in diabetes patients with deficiency of both qi and yin can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and blood sugar levels,and improve their quality of life and intervention satisfaction.
