桥梁工程中粉煤灰抑制碱活性有效性试验研究

摘要 桥梁工程的混凝土强度等级较高,粉煤灰掺量一般低于30%,为探究低掺量粉煤灰对碱活性的抑制效果,文中根据某工程实际,选取14%、20%、25%三个粉煤灰掺量开展抑制碱活性有效性试验。采用不同检测方法验证粉煤灰抑制碱活性有效性时,结果并不一致,当采用砂浆棒快速法时,14%、20%、25%掺量的F类Ⅰ级粉煤灰对现场用骨料的碱骨料反应危害抑制效果评定为有效。 Due to the high strength grade of concrete in bridge engineering,the content of fly ash is generally lower than 30%.In order to explore the inhibition effect of low content fly ash on alkali activity,three fly ash contents of 14%,20%and 25%are selected according to the actual situation of a project to carry out the effectiveness test of inhibiting alkali activity.When different testing methods were used to verify the effectiveness of fly ash in inhibiting alkali activity,the results were inconsistent.When the mortar rod rapid method was used,the inhibition effect of Class F ClassⅠfly ash with 14%,20%and 25%content on the alkali aggregate reaction hazard was assessed as effective.
