摘要
运用砂浆快速棒和灰色关联分析的方法,研究了水泥碱含量、活性骨料掺量、温度条件对碱硅酸反应的影响规律和影响程度。试验结果表明:随着水泥碱含量增大,砂浆试件的膨胀率先增大后减小,存在临界碱含量;活性骨料掺量和温度的提高,会使砂浆试件的14 d膨胀率随之增大,活性骨料占总骨料20%以下时不会发生碱骨料反应,温度较低时水泥水化收缩占主导地位,砂浆试件产生收缩而非膨胀。灰色关联分析表明,活性骨料掺量对碱硅酸反应影响最大,温度影响次之,水泥中碱含量影响最小。因此,将活性骨料与非活性骨料复掺在混凝土中使用是避免碱骨料反应发生得最有效途径。
Accelerating mortar-bar and grey incidence analysis method were used to research the effects of alkali content of cement, activity aggregate and temperature on factors influencing of alkali-silica reaction.The results of the experiments were describled as the following.The expansion rate increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of alkali content of cement.The 14 d expansion rate increasd with the increase of content of activity aggregate and temperature.The alkali-silica reaction could not happen when the content of activity was lower than 20%.The mortar speciments would be shrinkage and not expansion because of cement hydration at low temperature.The resuits of grey incidence analysis showed that the content of activity aggregate influences alkali-silica reaction most, the alkali content of cement influences least and the temperature between them.Alkali-silica reaction could avoid by using the admixed aggregate with activity aggregate and non-activity aggregate.
