摘要
“三教”改革是推进职业教育高质量发展的重要切入点。全球多国权威教育机构联合发布的IPR系列报告及其中提出的“创新教学法”,集中体现了国际教学创新领域的前沿成果,对我国职业教育“三教”改革具有参考价值。采用内容分析法,对近百种“创新教学法”进行系统梳理,按照“所属层次”“适用的目标群体”和“适用的学科领域”三个方面,分析创新教学法体系的适用性;按照“所关注的教育要素”“技术基础”和“对教学环境的要求”三个维度,分析该方法体系的典型特征。进而,基于纵向研究的结果,国际“创新教学法”体系的演进发展凝练为理念提升、技术赋能、策略改进和评估革新四个逻辑层面,阐释该教学法体系对我国职业教育“三教”改革的启示。
The"three education"reform is an important entry point to promote the high-quality devel⁃opment of vocational education.The IPR series of reports jointly released by authoritative educational insti⁃tutions from many countries around the world and the"Innovative Pedagogy"proposed reflect the cuttingedge achievements in the field of international teaching innovation,and have reference value for the"three education"reform of China's vocational education.Using content analysis,a systematic review of nearly a hundred"Innovative Pedagogies"was conducted,and the applicability of the innovative pedagogy system was analyzed from three aspects:"hierarchy","target group",and"disciplinary field";Analyze the typical characteristics of the system based on the three dimensions of"educational elements of concern","techni⁃cal basis",and"requirements for the teaching environment".Furthermore,based on the results of the longi⁃tudinal research,the evolution and development of the international"innovative pedagogy"system are con⁃densed into four logical levels:concept enhancement,technological empowerment,strategic improvement,and evaluation innovation,explaining the enlightenment of this pedagogy system on the"three education"reform of vocational education in China.
