摘要
党章监督是维护党章权威、提升党章执行力、有效发挥党章规范作用、达成党内法治目标的重要制度载体。强化党章监督,重在加强合章性审查制度建设、完善党章监督方式、健全党章监督体制机制、凝聚各方主体监督共识与合力,全面提升党章监督能力与水平以及完善党章监督保障机制,推动党章各项制度发挥规范和指导作用、切实转化为管党治党的治理效能,为深入推进全面从严治党提供有力的制度保障。
The supervision of the Party Constitution serves as a crucial institutional mechanism for upholding the authority of the Party Constitution,enhancing its enforceability,effectively leveraging its normative role,and achieving the goal of intra-party rule of law.Strengthening the supervision of the Party Constitution primarily entails enhancing the construction of a comprehensive examination system for compliance with the Party Constitution,refining the methods of supervision,improving the institutional mechanisms for supervision,consolidating consensus and collaborative efforts among various stakeholders in supervision,comprehensively enhancing the capacity and level of supervision of the Party Constitution,as well as perfecting the safeguard mechanisms for such supervision.These efforts aim to facilitate the effective implementation of Party Constitution provisions,ensuring they guide and regulate intra-party governance effectively,thus providing robust institutional support for advancing the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party.
