摘要
目的:探究消化内科内镜微创治疗患者采用规范化围手术期护理的临床效果。方法:选取在黄梅县新开镇卫生院2022年7月—2023年7月接收的80例患者为研究对象,均在消化内科接受了内镜微创治疗,采用随机分组法分为两组。实验组采用规范化围手术期护理,对照组采用常规护理,对比分析不同护理效果。结果:实验组患者的护理文书达标率高于对照组,且实验组护理满意度更高,不良情况的发生率更低,各项数据对比均存在显著差异。结论:对消化内科内镜微创治疗的患者采用规范化围手术期护理效果显著,有利于提高患者健康质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of standardized perioperative nursing in patients with minimally invasive endoscopic treatment in gastroenterology.Methods:A total of 80 patients admitted to Huangmei County Xinkai Town Health Center from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,all of whom received minimally invasive endoscopic treatment in the Department of Gastroenterology,and were divided into two groups by random grouping.The experimental group received standardized perioperative nursing,and the control group received routine nursing.The different nursing effect were compared and analyzed.Results:The experimental group had higher nursing document standards than the control group,and the experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction and lower incidence of adverse conditions than the control group.There were significant differences in all data comparisons.Conclusion:Standardized perioperative nursing for patients with minimally invasive endoscopic therapy in gastroenterology has significant effect,which is conducive to improving the health quality of patients.
