摘要
目的研究消化内科内镜微创治疗患者的规范化围手术期管理方法及其临床护理效果。方法选取2017年11月至2018年11月医院收治的消化内科内镜微创治疗患者108例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各组分别54例。对照组采用常规护理管理方法,观察组采用规范化围手术期管理方法。比较两组的护理质量评分,护理期间发生不良事件的情况。结果观察组护理文书(97.25±2.23)分、护理操作(96.46±2.28)分、护理管理(97.22±2.45)分,分别高于对照组的(82.46±1.35)分、(80.15±1.74)分、(81.37±1.19)分,有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组护理期间不良事件发生率为3.70%,低于对照组的22.22%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科内镜微创治疗患者的临床护理中,采取规范化围手术期管理方法,能够有效提高护理质量,减少不良事件的发生,提高患者的满意度,相比于常规护理管理方法,临床护理效果更理想。
Objective To study standardized perioperative management method and clinical nursing effect of gastroenterology patients with minimally invasive endoscopic treatment.Methods We chose 108 cases of minimally invasive endoscopic treatment patients in gastroenterology department from November 2017 to November 2018,divided them into control and observation groups randomly,with 54 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing management methods,and observation group with standardized perioperative management methods.Compared nursing quality scores,incidence of adverse events during nursing period between two groups.Results Nursing documents scores were (97.25±2.23),nursing operations scores were (96.46±2.28),and nursing management scores were (97.22±2.45) in observation group,higher than (82.46±1.35),(80.15±1.74),(81.37±1.19) in control group,there was significant difference (P<0.05).Incidence of adverse events during nursing in observation group was 3.70%,lower than 22.22% in control group,there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical nursing of gastroenterology patients with minimally invasive treatment,standardized perioperative management methods can improve nursing quality effectively,reduce incidence of adverse events,and increase patient satisfaction degree,which has more ideal clinical nursing effect than routine nursing management methods.
