摘要
为满足海上油田低温油水井出砂和压裂改造后封口防返吐技术需求,以多支链酚醛环氧、多官能团酸类或胺类化合物为原料,制备了一种在≤60℃下可固结的树脂覆膜颗粒及配套的树脂固化体系。施工时将树脂固化体系作为压裂液的一种添加剂加入到压裂液中,树脂覆膜颗粒随压裂液泵送至裂缝根部,并通过施工工艺调整实现密实堆积,利用其低温、快固性能,在地层温度及压力下形成具有高强度、高渗透性的挡砂屏障,达到阻止地层出砂或支撑剂返吐的目的。通过室内及现场实验验证,固结覆膜颗粒具有海水基工作液中、储层温度条件下快速固化(24 h)、高强度(>10 MPa)、高渗(>4D)、抗高压差、高排量冲刷性能优的特点,能够同时满足海上油田低温快速固结、强注强采方式、海水基工作液对高质量固结覆膜颗粒封口提出的难题与挑战,并且该产品在现场实现成功应用,取得了良好的封口挡砂效果。
In order to meet the technical requirements for sealing and preventing backflow after sand production and fracturing renovation of low-temperature oil and water wells in offshore oilfields,a resin coated particle and supporting resin curing system that can solidify at ≤60 ℃ were prepared using multi branched phenolic epoxy,multifunctional acids or amine compounds as raw materials.During construction,the resin curing system is added as an additive to the fracturing fluid.Resin coated particles are pumped into the root of the fracture with the fracturing fluid,and compacted and stacked through construction process adjustments.By utilizing its low temperature and fast solidification performance,a high strength and permeability sand barrier is formed at the formation temperature and pressure,achieving the goal of preventing sand production or proppant backflow from the formation.Through indoor and on-site experiments,it has been verified that the consolidated film coated particles have the characteristics of rapid solidification(24 h),high strength(>10 MPa),high permeability(>4 D),high pressure difference resistance,and excellent high displacement erosion resistance performance in seawater based working fluid and reservoir temperature conditions.They can simultaneously meet the challenges posed by low-temperature rapid consolidation,strong injection and extraction methods,and seawater based working fluid for sealing high-quality consolidated film coated particles in offshore oil fields,and the product has been successfully applied on site,achieving good sealing and sand blocking effects.
