摘要
目的调查上海市3所军队教学医院急诊科护士同事间心理暴力现况,分析导致心理暴力的影响因素,为医院管理人员制订针对性的防治措施提供借鉴。方法采用整群抽样法,抽取2023年3月4日上海3所军队教学医院急诊科护士共382名,应用一般资料统计表与心理暴力调查量表进行资料统计,并对护士遭受心理暴力的影响因素进行分析。结果急诊科护士心理暴力总分为(70.46±14.85)分,高于全国三甲医院常模(62.29±25.89)分;单因素分析性别、年龄、工作年限、文化程度方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,性别、年龄、工作年限和文化程度是护士遭受心理暴力的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论医院管理工作者要对急诊科护士心理暴力现状予以关注,特别注重高学历、男护士这两大群体,从而降低急诊科护士遭受心理暴力伤害带来的不良影响。
Objective To investigate the current situation of psychological violence among nurses in the emergency departments of three military teaching hospitals in Shanghai,and analyze the influencing factors of psychological violence,so as to provide reference for hospital managers to formulate targeted prevention and control measures.Methods A total of 382 nurses in the emergency departments of three military teaching hospitals in Shanghai on March 4,2023 were selected by cluster sampling method.The general data statistics table and psychological violence survey scale were used for data statistics.Statistical methods were used to analyze the influencing factors of psychological violence suffered by nurses.Results The total score of psychological violence of nurses in emergency departments was(70.46±14.85),which was higher than the national norm of tertiary hospitals(62.29±25.89).Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in gender,age,years of service and education level(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,age,years of service and education level were important influencing factors of psychological violence among nurses in emergency departments(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital managers should pay attention to the current situation of psychological violence among nurses in emergency departments,especially to that of highly educated nurses and male nurses,so as to reduce the adverse effects of psychological violence on nurses in emergency departments.
