摘要
目的探讨男护士在手术室工作中的优势及存在的心理问题。方法选取2018年1~12月我院手术室工作的男护士15名,同时选取相关手术患者50名,相关手术室医生50名,女护士50名对男护士在手术室工作中的优势及存在的心理问题应用调查问卷的方式进行分析。分析不同人员对男护士工作满意程度、优势与存在的心理问题、需求情况、不同人员对男护士个人形象与职业素养、护理质量评分。结果手术患者、手术室医生、女护士对男护士的工作满意程度均较高(>50%),且女护士、手术室医生满意程度高于患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男护士在体力、沟通、独立性、关系融洽方面存在很大的优势,但是心理方面存在着不足;手术患者、手术室医生、女护士对男护士的需求度均较高(>50%),且女护士、手术室医生需求度高于患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术患者、手术室医生、女护士对男护士的个人形象与职业素养、护理质量评分均较高,且女护士、手术室医生对男护士的个人形象与职业素养、护理质量评分高于患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论男护士在手术室工作中,既有优势也有不足,只要根据其特点进行解决,就可以有效发挥男护士在手术室工作中的优势。
Objective To explore the advantages and psychological problems of male nurses in the operating room.Methods 15 male nurses who worked in operation room in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected.At the same time,50 related surgical patients,50 related operating room doctors and 50 female nurses were selected.Advantages and psychological problems of male nurses in the operating room were analyzed by questionnaire.The satisfaction with work of male nurses,their advantages and psychological problems,their needs,scores of different personnel on male nurses'personal image,professional quality and quality of nursing were analyzed.Results Surgical patients,operating room doctors and female nurses were more satisfied with the work of male nurses(>50%).The satisfaction degree of female nurses and operating room doctors were higher than that of patients.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Male nurses had great advantages in physical strength,communication,independen ce and harmonious relationship,but there were some psychological problems.Surgical patients,operating room doctors and female nurses all had higher demand for male nurses(>50%).The demand for female nurses and operating room doctors was higher than that of patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of surgical patients,operating room doctors and female nurses on male nurses'personal image,professional quality and quality of nursing were all higher.And scores of female nurses and operating room doctors on male nurses'personal image,professional quality and quality of nursing were higher than patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Male nurses have both advantages and disadvantages in their work in the operating room.They are solved according to their characteristics,they can effectively give play to the advantages of male nurses in the operating room.
