摘要
教育家精神能引领教师成长,为教师高质量发展赋能。马克思主义关于人的精神需要理论表明,人的卓越成长与自我价值实现是其高阶的精神需求。教师以教育家精神为指引,在职业生涯中不断成长提升,有助于实现自我价值,获得高阶精神需求的满足。教育家精神与教师成长的终极目标契合、价值取向一致,与其职业实践路径同向。教育家精神通过对教师的信念引领、道德磨砺、学识涵养以及仁爱唤醒,为教师成长与发展走向最佳境界领航。教育家精神引领教师成长的实现路径是:以教育家精神引领教师思政课程建设,拓宽教师信念格局;以教育家精神标定教师道德准线,提升师德“公信度”;以教育家精神升华教师教学诗意生命感,丰富教师育人智识;以教育家精神重构教师成长“微环境”,“爱”润教师成长。
Educationist spirit can lead teachers to grow up and empower them for high-quality development.The Marxist theory of human spiritual needs indicates that the growth of excellence and the realisation of self-worth are the higher spiritual needs of human beings.Teachers are guided by the educationist spirit to grow and improve themselves in their career,which helps them to realise their self-worth and satisfy their higher-order spiritual needs.The educationist spirit is in line with the ultimate goal of teachers’growth,has the same value orientation,and the same direction as the path of their professional practice.The educationist spirit navigates teachers towards the best state of growth and development by leading them in faith,sharpening their morals,cultivating their knowl-edge and awakening their love.The realisation path is to guide the construction of teachers’ideologi-cal and political courses with the educationist spirit,and to broaden teachers’belief pattern;to mark the teachers’moral line with the educationist spirit,and to enhance the“credibility”of teachers morality;to sublimate teachers poetic sense of life in teaching with the educationist spir-it,and to enrich teachers’intellectual knowledge;to reconstruct the micero--environment of teachers’growth with the educationist spirit,and to embellish the growth of teachers with love.
