摘要
目的探究左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统预防子宫内膜息肉术后复发的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月重庆市荣昌区妇幼保健院妇科收治的100例子宫内膜息肉电切术后子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组术后给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,观察组给予左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗,比较两组月经量、复发及月经周期情况。结果两组治疗后3个月的月经量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后6、9个月的月经量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组月经周期正常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉术后采取左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗可调节月经量,降低复发率,促进月经周期恢复,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System in preventing postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyp.Methods A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyp treated with endometrial polyp resection in the Department of Gynecology,Chongqing Rongchang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group received the postoperative treatment of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets,while the observation group received the treatment of Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System.The menstrual volume,recurrence and menstrual cycle situation of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in menstrual volume after 3 month of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The menstrual volume after 6 and 9 months of treatment in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The normal menstrual cycle rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Levonorgestrelreleasing Intrauterine System after endometrial polyp resection can regulate menstrual volume,reduce the recurrence rate and promote the recovery of menstrual cycle,which is wort h promoting.
