聚焦职业核心素养的高职智慧课堂构建与实践 被引量:1

Construction and Practice of Higher Vocational Smart Classroom Focusing on Professional Core Literacy

摘要 高职生职业核心素养是职场竞争中的软实力,主要包括职业技能、职业关键能力、职业理想、职业信念和职业精神等。在职业核心素养目标指引下,以人力资源管理课程为实施课堂,依托“ZJOOC+学习通+踏瑞对抗实训”平台,构建了课前“融素养”、课中“练素养、攒素养”、课后“展素养、验素养”的教学流程,设计了“教师+学生+企业专家”“线上+线下”“结果考核+过程考核”的多元立体、多维科学的课程评价方法,以期逐层渐进地培育高职生职业核心素养。经过一个学期的教学实践,采用SPSS 22.0进行统计学分析。结果表明:实验班在知识成绩、技能水平、学习创新、思辨质疑、自我认同、发展规划、抗挫耐压、自律自强等各方面均显著性地高于对照班。这说明,智慧课堂对提升高职生的职业核心素养有明显的作用。 The professional core literacy of vocational college students is the soft power in the workplace competition,mainly including professional skills,key professional abilities,professional ideals,professional beliefs and professional spirit.Under the guidance of professional core literacy goals,with the implementation of human resource management courses as the classroom and relying on the“ZJOOC+Superstar Learning Pass+Topway HR Management Simulation”platform,a teaching process of“integrating literacy”before class,“practicing and accumulating literacy”during class and“developing and experiencing literacy”after class has been constructed.A multi dimensional and scientific curriculum evaluation method of“teacher+student+enterprise expert”“online+offline”“result assessment+process assessment”has been designed,which aims to gradually cultivate professional core literacy of vocational college students layer by layer.After a semester of teaching practice,statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0.The results showed that the experimental class was significantly higher than the control class in terms of knowledge performance,skill level,learning innovation,critical questioning,self identity,development planning,resistance to setbacks and pressure,self discipline and self improvement.This indicates that smart classroom has a significant effect on improving higher vocational college students’professional core literacy.
