摘要
铁路货运调车作业协同是车站货运部门与运转部门间结合部的关键问题,直接影响调车作业和货运作业效率。通过对铁路货运调车作业现状进行梳理,分析货运调车作业在提前规划和确认、作业进度效率、应急指挥效率方面存在的不足。编组站货运调车协同监控系统包括股道状态监控、装卸作业计划编制、调车作业管理、调车作业协同、其他功能5个功能模块,基于现场作业流程以通辽站东郊专用线为案例进行开发,构建基于数据资源层、服务支撑层、业务应用层的软件总体架构,在非集中区设置车号识别设备和车轮传感器,实现运转和货运岗位间计划协同、作业监控、设备监控及安全卡控的作用。系统通过仿真测试和现场测试,已满足提升信息化水平、作业效率,有效满足铁路货运调车作业的实际需求,可为铁路货运调车作业协同提供技术支持。
The collaboration of railway freight shunting operations is key to the junction of the station freight department and the operation department,which directly affects the efficiency of shunting and freight operations.By sorting out the current situation of railway freight shunting operations,this paper analyzed the shortcomings of freight shunting operations in terms of early planning and confirmation,operational progress efficiency,and emergency command efficiency.The collaborative monitoring system for freight shunting in marshalling stations was developed based on the comprehensive automation system of marshalling stations,including five functional modules:track status monitoring,loading and unloading operation plan preparation,shunting operation management,shunting operation collaboration,and other functions.Based on the field operation process,the system was developed with the East Suburb Special Line of Tongliao Railway Station as a case to build the overall software architecture based on the data resource layer,service support layer,and business application layer.Vehicle number recognition equipment and wheel sensors were set up in non-centralized areas to achieve planning collaboration,operation monitoring,equipment monitoring,and safety card control between operation and freight positions.Through simulation testing and on-site testing,the system has played a role in improving the level of information technology and operational efficiency,achieving partial state visualization and operational verification,and providing strong technical support for the development of railway freight shunting operations.
