摘要
目的:探讨早产胎膜早破的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月—2022年6月张家港市第三人民医院收治的100例早产产妇的临床资料,根据胎膜早破情况分为胎膜早破组和未胎膜早破组,各50例。采用多因素Logistic回归分析早产产妇胎膜早破的独立影响因素。结果:胎膜早破组有人工流产史率、有吸烟史率、胎位异常率、羊水过多率、生殖道感染率高于未胎膜早破组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,人工流产史、吸烟史、胎位异常、羊水过多、生殖道感染是早产胎膜早破的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产史、吸烟史、胎位异常、羊水过多、生殖道感染均会增加早产胎膜早破发生率,妊娠期间需定期接受产检,发现异常及时干预,并做好优生优育相关宣教。
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of premature rupture of membranes in premature delivery.Methods:The clinical data of 100 puerpera of premature delivery who were admitted to Zhangjiagang Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the premature rupture of membranes,the subjects were divided into premature rupture of membranes group and non-premature rupture of membranes group,with 50 cases in each group.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the independent influencing factors of premature rupture of membranes in puerpera of premature delivery.Results:The rates of induced abortion history,smoking history,abnormal fetal position,polyhydramnios and reproductive tract infection in the premature rupture of membranes group were higher than those in the non-premature rupture of membranes group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that,induced abortion history,smoking history,abnormal fetal position,polyhydramnios,and reproductive tract infection were independent risk factors for premature rupture of membranes in premature delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The induced abortion history,smoking history,abnormal fetal position,polyhydramnios and reproductive tract infection can increase the incidence of premature rupture of membranes in premature delivery.Regular obstetric examination during pregnancy is required to find abnormalities and perform timely intervention,and do a good job in propaganda and education of bearing and rearing better children.
