摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病与血小板参数和凝血功能的相关性。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的62例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇,按疾病的严重程度分为妊娠期高血压组(n=20)、轻度子痫前期组(n=21)、重度子痫前期组(n=21)。选取同期入院的20例正常妊娠孕妇为对照组。比较四组血小板参数和凝血功能指标,分析妊娠期高血压疾病与血小板参数和凝血功能指标的相关性。结果:妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组MPV、PDW、FIB均高于对照组,随着病情加重,MPV、PDW、FIB逐渐升高(P<0.05);妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组PLT均低于对照组,APTT、TT、PT均明显短于对照组,随着病情加重,PLT、APTT、TT、PT逐渐下降(P<0.05);MPV、PDW、FIB与妊娠期高血压疾病呈正相关(r=0.303,0.263,0.256,P<0.05);PLT、APTT、TT、PT与妊娠期高血压疾病呈负相关(r=-0.558,-0.302,-0.284,-0.271,P<0.05)。结论:血小板参数和凝血功能指标与妊娠期高血压疾病具有相关性,应及时对孕妇进行检测与诊治。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between hypertensive disorder of pregnancy and platelet parameters and coagulation function.Method:A total of 60 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder of pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the hypertensive disorder of pregnancy group(n=20),the mild preeclampsia group(n=21)and the severe preeclampsia group(n=21)according to the severity of the disease.Twenty normal pregnant women admitted in the same period were selected as the control group.The platelet parameters and coagulation function indexes of the four groups were compared,and the correlation between hypertensive disorder of pregnancy and platelet parameters and coagulation function were analyzed.Result:MPV,PDW and FIB of the hypertensive disorder of pregnancy group,the mild preeclampsia group and the severe preeclampsia group were higher than those of the control group,and MPV,PDW and FIB were gradually increased with the aggravation of the disease(P<0.05).PLT of the hypertensive disorder of pregnancy group,the mild preeclampsia group and the severe preeclampsia group was lower than that of the control group,and APTT,TT and PT were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and PLT,APTT,TT and PT were gradually decreased with the aggravation of the disease(P<0.05).MPV,PDW and FIB were positively correlated with hypertensive disorder of pregnancy(r=0.303,0.263,0.256,P<0.05).PLT,APTT,TT,PT were negatively correlated with hypertensive disorder of pregnancy(r=-0.558,-0.302,-0.284,-0.271,P<0.05).Conclusion:Platelet parameters and coagulation function indexes are correlated with hypertensive disorder of pregnancy,so it is necessary to timely detect,diagnose and treat pregnant women.
