基于可行域投影的多区域电力市场交易模型与算法研究 被引量:3

Multi-regional Electricity Market Trading Model and Algorithm Based on Feasible Region Projection

摘要 随着跨省输电规模日益扩大,跨省跨区间输电通道数目逐渐增加且耦合紧密,传统可用输电容量(available transmission capacity,ATC),无法反映省内安全约束对跨区输电功率范围的影响和区域联络线之间的耦合关系。基于可行域投影理论,提出了省间多通道联络线可传输功率安全域的概念,以及考虑省级发电情况、负荷特性和网络约束条件的省间多通道联络线安全域刻画方法,实现了对多联络线、大规模省间电力系统模型可行域的高效、精细刻画。提出了基于安全域的省间市场优化出清模式,既可满足省间市场出清目标需求,又可兼顾省内约束,并且实现了跨区域无迭代的高效协同运行。基于IEEE 39与IEEE 118节点的互联系统模拟了跨区电力交易,算例结果验证了所提模式的有效性。 With the increasing scale of the inter-provincial transmission,the number of the inter-provincial and inter-regional transmission channels gradually increases and couples closely,and the traditional Available Transmission Capacity(ATC)cannot reflect the influence of the intra-provincial security constraints on the inter-regional transmission power range and the coupling relationship between the regional contact lines.Based on the feasible domain projection theory,this paper proposes the concept of inter-provincial multichannel contact line available transmission power security domain,and the inter-provincial multichannel contact line security domain portrayal method considering the provincial generation situation,the load characteristics and the network constraints in order to realize an efficient and fine portrayal of the feasible domain of the multi-link,large-scale inter-provincial power system model.The proposed safety domain-based inter-provincial market optimization clearing model meets the inter-provincial market clearing target demands and considers the intra-provincial constraints,achieving the efficient cooperative operation without the iteration across provinces.Based on the interconnection system of the IEEE 39 and the IEEE 118 nodes,we simulate the inter-regional power trading,and the calculation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
