含虚拟发电厂的电力系统优化运行与竞价策略研究 被引量:41

摘要 应用虚拟发电厂整合分布式发电及需求响应资源,鼓励其积极参与电力系统优化运行及交易。虚拟发电厂对内优化调度分布式发电及需求响应资源,对外作为整体参与电力系统竞价及运行。采用多代理技术对含虚拟发电厂的电力系统竞价及内部资源优化调度进行了建模,各代理综合考虑其他代理可能报价及内部资源运行约束,以自身利益最大为目标确定报价系数。调度中心综合各代理报价以社会效益最大化为目标进行出清并下发出清量,代理在获得出清价及出清量后对内部资源运行进行调整。所提出的模型减轻了调度中心的负担,使其无需直接面对大量分布式能源,同时增加了分布式发电参与电力交易的机会。 Virtual power plant(VPP) has been used to integrate the distributed generation and demand response resources to participate in the operation and trade of power systems. On one hand, VPP dispatched its internal resources optimally and on the other hand, it participated in the operation and trade of power systems as a whole. Multi-agent system was used to model the trade and internal optimal dispatch of power systems which contained VPP and each agent decided the best bidding strategy with fully consideration of the possible bidding of other agents and operation constraints of its internal resources. The dispatching center cleared the market to maximize social welfare and issued market clearing price and quantities to all agents. Agents adjusted the operation of their internal resources according to the price and quantities assigned to them. There is no need for the dispatching center to directly handle the dispatch of massive distributed energy resources and as a result, the burden of dispatching center is reduced. This strategy also helps to increase the distributed generation participating in the power trade.
