摘要
目的:探讨高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)亚型及病毒载量检测用于宫颈癌筛查中的临床价值。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年6月湛江市开发区仁瑞医院收治的宫颈癌患者40例作为宫颈癌组,另选取同期宫颈癌前病变患者40例作为癌前病变组,分析两组患者的高危型HPV亚型及病毒载量检测结果。结果:宫颈癌组患者HPV16、HPV18、其他亚型感染率高于癌前病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌组高载量、中载量占比高于癌前病变组,低载量占比低于癌前病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高危型HPV亚型及病毒载量检测的诊断特异度、灵敏度为80.00%、90.00%。结论:高危型HPV亚型及病毒载量检测用于宫颈癌筛查中具有较高价值,高危型HPV亚型及病毒载量检测的诊断特异度、灵敏度较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)subtypes and viral load detection in cervical cancer screening.Methods:A total of 40 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Renrui Hospital of Zhanjiang Development Zone from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as cervical cancer group.Another 40 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted during the same period were selected as the precancerous lesion group.High-risk HPV subtypes and viral load detection results in two groups were analyzed.Results:The infection rates of HPV16,HPV18,and other subtypes in the cervical cancer group were higher than those in the precancerous lesion group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The proportion of high and medium viral load in the cervical cancer group was higher than that in the precancerous lesion group,while the proportion of low viral load in the cervical cancer group was lower than that in the precancerous lesion group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of high-risk HPV subtypes and viral load detection were 80.00%and 90.00%,respectively.Conclusion:The high-risk HPV subtypes and viral load detection in cervical cancer screening has high value and has high diagnostic specificity and sensitivity.
