基于岗课赛证融通的老年护理课程改革与实践 被引量:4

摘要 目的基于岗课赛证融通思路重构老年护理课程教学内容,开展线上线下混合式教学,了解课程教学效果。方法随机选取某校三年制护理专业两个班分为试验组、对照组,试验组实施线上线下混合式教学,对照组实施常规教学,课程结束后进行综合评价,了解学生专业认同情况。结果试验组客观结构化临床考试成绩优于对照组,专业情感、专业适切、专业价值维度得分及专业认同调查问卷总均分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论基于岗课赛证融通的老年护理课程改革有助于教学目标达成,增强学生专业认同感。 Objective Based on the integration of Post-Course-Competition-Certification,reconstruct the teaching content of elderly care courses,carry out mixed online and offline teaching,and learn the teaching effectiveness of the courses.Methods Two classes of a three-year nursing major in a certain school were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received mixed online and offline teaching,while the control group received usual teaching.After the course was completed,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted to learn students′professional identity.Results The objective structured clinical examination scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the scores of professional emotions,professional relevance,professional value dimensions,and overall average scores of the professional identity survey questionnaire were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance observed.Conclusion The reform of elderly nursing course based on the integration of post-course-competition-certificate can help achieve teaching objectives and enhance students′professional identity.
