摘要
目的探讨微螺钉种植体支抗结合正畸正颌对骨性Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者面部美学的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月收治的70例骨性Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组采用正畸正颌治疗,观察组采用微螺钉种植体支抗结合正畸正颌治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的上下颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙体积小于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的上下颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的蝶鞍点-鼻根点-上齿槽座点角(SNA)、上齿槽座点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点角(ANB)小于对照组,蝶鞍点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点角(SNB)大于对照组,全面高、前上面高、前面下高高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微螺钉种植体支抗结合正畸正颌治疗能有效提高骨性Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者的治疗效果,促进面部美学情况改善,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the influence of micro screw implant anchorage combined with orthodontics and orthognathics on facial aesthetics in patients with skeletal classⅡmalocclusion.Methods A total of 70 patients with skeletal classⅡmalocclusion admitted from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with orthodontics and orthognathics,and the observation group was treated with micro screw implant anchorage combined with orthodontics and orthognathics.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the volumes of upper and lower central incisors,lateral incisors and canines in the two groups were smaller than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,there were no significant differences in the volumes of upper and lower central incisors,lateral incisors and canines between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the angle of sella-nasion-subsipmale(SNA)and angle of subsipmale-nasion-supramental(ANB)in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,the angle of sella-nasion-supramental(SNB)was larger than that in the control group,and the N-Me,N-Ans and Ans-Me were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro screw implant anchorage combined with orthodontics and orthognathics treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect and promote the improvement of facial aesthetics of patients with skeletal classⅡmalocclusion,which is worthy of promotion.
