摘要
目的研究强支抗与微螺钉种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的临床效果,为临床口腔正畸技术提供依据。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月于山东济宁市泗水县人民医院进行固定矫治器正畸治疗的患者100例作为研究对象。根据正畸技术的不同,分为两组,对照组50例给予给予传统强支抗治疗,观察组50例给予微螺钉种植体支抗治疗,对比两组治疗时间、疗效评价、治疗期间不良反应。结果观察组治疗时间(17.21±1.16)个月短于对照组的(24.01±2.31)个月,差异有统计学意义(t=18.600,P<0.001)。观察组总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的88.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891,P=0.027)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.000,P<0.001)。结论微螺钉种植体支抗在口腔正畸中疗效明确,不良反应较低。
Objective To study the clinical outcomes of patients in the strong anchorage and the micro-screw implant anchorage in orthodontics,and to provide a basis for clinical orthodontic techniques.Methods 100 patients who underwent fixed appliance orthodontic treatment in Sishui County People's Hospital,Jining,Shandong Province from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as study subjects.According to the different orthodontic techniques,they were divided into two groups,50 cases in the control group were given to give traditional strong anchorage treatment,and 50 cases in the observation group were given to give micro-screw implant anchorage treatment.The treatment time,efficacy evaluation,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment time of observation group was(17.21±1.16)months,which was shorter than that of control group(24.01±2.31)months,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.600,P<0.001).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(88.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.891,P=0.027).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(40.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.000,P<0.001).Conclusion The efficacy of micro-screw implant anchorage in orthodontics is clear,and the adverse reactions are low.
