文明如何实践?以何实践?作为党中央对宣传思想文化和精神文明建设工作作出的一次重要部署,新时代文明实践中心在深度参与乡村文化治理的过程中,主要有以下运行机制:三级体系中行政力量下沉的行政机制、志愿活动为主的社群机制、道德引导的市场竞争机制。其实现路径包括:“两个结合”引领下重塑乡村公共文化空间;坚持“三问”原则,发挥群众主体作用;以志愿服务为支撑,推动城乡精神文明建设融合发展。
