摘要
网络安全已成为维护国家安全和社会安定不可或缺的组成部分,国家对网络安全人才的需求量越来越多。一套良好的人才能力评价体系能够让人才对自身水平有准确的认知和定位,同时为企业遴选人才提供重要参考。但目前国内针对个人能力评估的方式较少,且没有形成标准化的可推广的评价模式。文章针对这些问题,构建了一个基于熵值法的复合型网络安全实战人才能力评价体系,并利用该评价体系对高校50名网络安全专业学生进行能力评估及结果分析。评价体系能够客观地对学生的综合能力进行评估,且评价体系具有科学性、准确性和实用性,能够为复合型网络安全实践人才的培养和选拔提供有效参考及依据。
A good network security talent ability evaluation system can help talents have an accurate assessment and positioning of their own level,and provide a reference for enterprises to select talents.At present,there are few methods for individual ability assessment in China,and there is no standardized evaluation model that can be promoted.To solve these problems,this paper constructs a composite network security practical talent ability evaluation system based on entropy,and uses this evaluation system to evaluate and analyze the ability of 50 network security students in colleges and universities.The evaluation system can objectively evaluate the comprehensive ability of students,and is scientific,accurate and practical,which can provide an effective reference and basis for the training and selection of compound network security practitioners.
