国外全民网络安全意识教育综述 被引量：9

摘要 随着世界各国对国家网络安全问题的重视程度不断提高,全民网络安全意识教育日益受到关注,各国纷纷将全民网络安全意识教育纳入国家战略,通过制定国家网络安全意识教育计划、建立网络安全意识教育专门网站以及开展主题活动等多种措施,推动全民网络安全意识提升,提升对身份欺诈、网络钓鱼等网络犯罪的认识,提高公众的网络安全基本技能和知识。我国应尽快采取措施提升全民网络安全意识,鼓励公众自觉采取自我防护措施,降低网络安全风险。
