摘要
目的:探究等速运动不同速度、模式下花样跳绳运动对女大学生膝关节屈、伸肌肌力、动态平衡的影响。方法:选取合肥医科大学女大学生30名,随机分为实验组和对照组各15人,两组均参与相同体育课活动,另对实验组进行12周跳绳干预。运用Iso Med 2000等速测试系统在干预前后采集受试者角速度为60°/s、200°/s条件向心、离心模式下膝关节屈、伸肌峰值力矩(Peak Torque、PT)及屈、伸肌群峰值力矩比值(hamstring/quadriceps、H/Q)数据;运用YBT平衡测试系统采集双下肢前侧、后内侧和后外侧3个方向最大达到距离及最大达到距离标准化数据,数据处理组内采用配对样本T检验,组间采用独立样本T检验。结果:等速测试中,实验组在60°/s、200°/s条件,向心、离心模式下膝关节屈、伸肌PT值对比均明显大于干预前(P<0.05);实验组、对照组60°/s离心屈肌间、离心模式下伸肌间PT值对比均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。60°/s条件下Hc/Qe值及200°/s条件下He/Qc值对比均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。YBT测试中,实验组双下肢前侧、后内侧、后外侧最大到达距离显著高于干预前(P<0.05),其中双下肢后外侧相较与干预前测试产生非常明显变化(P<0.01);双下肢前侧、后内侧、后外侧YBT标准化结果与对照组相比变化显著(P<0.05),干预后左后外侧、右后内侧、右后外侧实验组YBT标准化结果明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:(1)12周跳绳训练可有效提升女大学生膝关节屈、伸肌肌力。(2)跳绳运动可以改善女大学生的动态平衡能力及运动表现能力。
Objective:To explore the effect of jump rope on knee flexion and extension muscle strength and dynamic balance of female university students under different speeds and modes of constant speed exercise.Methods:30 female university students from Zunyi Medical University were selected and randomly divided into experimental groups and control groups,with 15 people in each group.Both groups participated in the identical physical education activities,and the experimental groups was intervened in jump rope for 12 weeks.Iso Med 2000 isokinetic testing system was used to collect the data of Peak Torque(PT)and peak torque ratio(Hamstring/Quadriceps,H/Q)of knee flexors and extensors in concentric and eccentric modes with angular velocity of 60°/s and 200°/s before and after intervention.The YBT balance test system was used to collect the maximum distance and maximum distance standardized data in the anterior,posteromedial and posterolateral directions of the lower limbs.The paired sample T test was used in the data processing groups,and the independent sample T test was used between the groups.Results:In the isokinetic test,the PT values of knee flexion and extension muscles in the experimental groups under the conditions of 60°/s and 200°/s in the centripetal and eccentric modes were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).There were significant differences in PT values between the experimental groups and the control groups at 60°/s between the flexors and the extensors in the eccentric mode(P<0.05).There were significant differences in Hc/Qe value at 60°/s and He/Qc value at 200°/s(P<0.05).In the YBT test,the ultimate arrival distance of the anterior,posteromedial and posterolateral sides of the lower limbs in the experimental groups was significantly higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05),and the posterolateral side of the lower limbs was significantly changed compared with the pre-intervention test(P<0.01).The YBT standardization results of the anterior,posteromedial and posterolateral sides of the lower limbs were significantly different from those of the control groups(P<0.05).After the intervention,the YBT standardization results of the left posterolateral,right posteromedial and right posterolateral experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Jump rope training can effectively improve the knee flexion and extension muscle strength of female university students in 12-week.(2)Jump rope can improve the dynamic balance ability and athletic performance of female university students.
