摘要
在新工科与工程认证背景下,以OBE模式推进食品科学与工程专业工程教育实践活动,通过“食品添加剂”课程的改革实践,在提高学生实践技能、创新意识和解决复杂工程问题能力的同时,培养学生学习能力、创新能力、工程设计能力和研发能力。结合教学实践,从课程目标、教学内容、考核方式、教学方法与组织形式及教学特色等方面进行论述,以期推进食品科学与工程专业的“工程教育”实践活动,提高大学生在OBE模式下对新工科和工程教育的适应程度。
Under the background of new engineering and engineering certification,promote the practical activities of engineering education for food science and engineering majors in OBE mode,and through the reform practice of Food Additives course,improve students'practical skills,innovation awareness and ability to solve complex engineering problems.While cultivating students'learning ability,innovation ability,engineering design ability and research and development capability.Combined with teaching practice,this paper discussed the curriculum objectives,teaching contents,assessment methods,teaching methods and organizational forms,as well as teaching characteristics,with a view to promoting the practice of engineering education in food science and engineering,and improving the adaptability of college students to new engineering and engineering education under the OBE model.
