摘要
新工科人才培养质量通用标准研制是实现新工科建设目标、保证新工科人才培养质量的一项重要的基础性工作。本文首先提出新工科通用标准制定原则和基本思路,接着分别分析未来工程发展趋势及特征以及国内外具有影响的几种工程人才培养标准,为新工科通用标准的制定提供基础,最后对研制出的新工科通用标准进行诠释,以期为正在全国范围内广泛开展的新工科建设提供重要参考,为各层次新工科教育质量标准研制提供基础,为各类新工科人才培养提供可比较、可衡量的总体质量要求。
The development of the general standard for the training quality of new engineering talents is an important basic work to realize the goal of new engineering construction and guarantee the training quality of new engineering talents.At first,this paper puts forward a making principle and basic thinking for the general standards of new engineering,and then respectively analyses the future development trend and the characteristics of engineering,and several engineering talent training standards at home and abroad with influence,to provide the basis for the formulation of new engineering standards,and finally interprets new engineering general standards developed,in order to provide important reference for new engineering construction being carried out nationwide,to provide the basis for the development of new engineering education quality standards at all levels,to provide comparable and measurable overall quality requirements for all kinds of new engineering talents cultivation.
