摘要
悬臂掘进机性能预测是一个至关重要的问题,对其性能的准确评估可以显著降低工作成本,提高项目的生产率。回顾了悬臂掘进机性能预测模型的研究进展,对国内外常用的悬臂掘进机性能预测模型进行了详细介绍,并对其使用的岩体参数和机器参数的频率进行了统计,发现影响悬臂掘进机性能的岩体参数主要包括岩石单轴抗压强度、岩石质量指标、隧道轴线与软弱平面之间的夹角、巴西抗拉强度等;影响悬臂掘进机性能的主要机器参数主要包括截割功率、机器自重、钻进深度、切削厚度等。基于统计结果论述了各参数对悬臂掘进机性能的影响。最后,根据国内外悬臂掘进机性能预测模型的发展历程提出了一些新的开发建议。
Performance prediction of cantilever tunnel machine is a crucial issue.The accurate evaluation can signif-icantly reduce work costs and improve project productivity.This paper reviews the research progress of performance prediction models for cantilever tunnel machines to provide a detailed introduction to commonly used performance prediction models for cantilever tunnel machines at home and abroad,and statistically analyzes the frequency of rock and machine parameters.It is found that the rock parameters that affect the performance mainly include uniaxi-al compressive strength of rocks,rock quality indicators,the angle between tunnel axis and weak plane and Brazil-ian tensile strength,etc;The main machine parameters that affect the performance include cutting power,machine weight,drilling depth and cutting thickness,etc.Based on the statistical results,the influence of various parame-ters on the performance of cantilever tunnel machines were discussed.Finally,some new development suggestions are proposed based on the development history of the prediction at home and abroad.
