摘要
铣挖施工顺序是悬臂式掘进机隧道铣挖施工的关键技术。首先结合悬臂式掘进机隧道铣挖施工特点及其机械设备工作条件,确定出可能的悬臂式掘进机隧道铣挖施工顺序方案,其次,以上述可能铣挖施工顺序方案为评价对象,建立出悬臂式掘进机隧道铣挖施工顺序方案优化分析模型,并提出该模型参数的确定方法,然后,联合采用数值分析与灰色关联分析方法,基于上述隧道铣挖施工顺序优化分析模型,建立出悬臂式掘进机隧道铣挖施工顺序优化分析方法,并获得悬臂式掘进机隧道合理铣挖施工顺序方案,完善悬臂式掘进机隧道铣挖施工技术。该模型与方法不仅反映了隧道围岩稳定性和机械设备条件对铣挖施工顺序的影响,还反映了铣挖施工顺序对铣挖施工效率与经济性的影响,较现有同类方法具有明显的合理性与优越性。
The excavation sequence is very important to the tunnel construction with roadheader.In order to obtain its optimization method,the possible tunnel excavation sequences with roadheader are firstly proposed based on the construction characteristics of roadheader and its working conditions.Secondly,the optimization analysis model of tunnel excavation sequence with roadheader is presented,which regards the proposed possible sequences as the evaluation objects.And the method to determine the model parameters is also presented.Thirdly,the optimization analysis method of tunnel excavation sequence with roadheader can be obtained with the numerical analysis method and grey relation analysis method.Then,the tunnel opimization excavation scheme with roadheader is obtained,which makes the tunnel construction technology with roadheader improved.Finally,the proposed analysis model and method can reflect the affection of tunnel surrounding rock mass stability and mechanical equipment to the excavation sequenceare with roadheader,and the affection of excavation sequenceare to the construction efficiency and economy.It is more reasonable than the existed similar methods.
