摘要
精神医学是临床医学的重要组成部分,与医学心理学、神经病学、神经影像学、内科学、药理学等学科密切相关。精神疾病的诊断缺少客观体格检查和实验室金标准,且大多数精神疾病的发病机制尚不清楚。因此,培养合格的具有岗位胜任力的精神科临床岗位人才较其他学科显得尤为困难。本研究团队基于当前精神医学教学及培养体系,指出目前精神科临床岗位人才培养的现状与不足,并提出构建精神科临床岗位人才培养求同存异的教学改革方案。通过改善课程设置,采取多形式的教学模式,对学员轮转、考核以及师资带教进行规范,优化职业教育等方法对人才培养模式进行完善和优化,从而更好地发挥湖南省脑科医院的教学职能,培养大量有岗位胜任力的各级精神科临床岗位医师,顺应国家发展的要求。
As an important part of clinical medicine,psychiatry is closely related to medical psychology,neurology,neuroimaging,internal medicine,pharmacology and other disciplines.The diagnosis of mental illness lacks objective physical examination and laboratory gold standards,and the pathogenesis of most mental disorders is not well understood.Therefore,it is particularly difficult to train qualified clinical personnel with post competency in psychiatry compared with other disciplines.Based on the current teaching and training system of psychiatry,the research team pointed out the current status and deficiencies of the training of clinical personnel in psychiatry,and proposed a"seeking common ground while reserving differences"teaching reform plan to establish the training of clinical personnel in psychiatry.By improving the curriculum,adopting multi-form teaching mode,standardizing student rotation,assessment and teacher teaching,optimizing vocational education and other methods,the talent training mode is perfected and optimized,so as to better play the teaching function of Hunan Brain Hospital,train a large number of competent psychiatrists at all levels and meet the requirements of national development.
